Refunds
A student must cancel enrollment by certified
mail. The effective date of cancellation is the date received.
An enrollee canceling enrollment within three working days prior
to the beginning of his or her scheduled classes, is entitled
to a full refundless a $40.00 cancelation fee for each
class canceled. If canceling occurs after this period but before
a class begins, the student is entitled to a 90% refund. Canceling
enrollment after classes have begun (whether or not the student
has attended) will permit the following refunds:

In
the event of a course cancellation by the school, a refund will
be made for the unused portion of tuition. Refund Policy applies
only to full session course registration.
Enrollment
To register, select the classes in which you
wish to enroll.
In Person: You may register in person
during our regular business hours. We accept cash, check,
money order, Visa, or MasterCard.
By
Mail: Complete the application and return
it with your check, money order, or credit card information
(Visa or MasterCard only) for the exact amount shown. Please
do not mail cash.
By Telephone: You may use your MasterCard
or Visa to register by telephone. Have your card and all pertinent
nformation ready when you call. - -

Payment
Students may reserve a space in the class(es)
of their choice by: - - - - -
1) Paying full tuition upon registration, OR 2) by paying
one half of the total tuition upon registration, and the balance
prior to the first class meeting. A $20.00 per class service
fee will be charged under this option.
Registration
fee
All students are charged a $5.00 non-refundable
fee at each registration.
Late
payment
In the event of late payment beyond the first
class meeting, a $10.00 late charge will be added to the outstanding
balance. Cancellation
Fee
There is a charge of $40.00 for each refunded
class. There is a charge of $40.00 for each cancelled class.
Transfer
Fee
There is a charge of $25.00 for each class
transfer within the current session after the 3rd week of
class start. There is no transfer of classes from one session
to another.
Early
Registration Discount
There is a $20.00 per course discount for full
payment early registration. Discount applies only to 11-week
instructed courses.
Discount
Students who enroll in 3 or more classes may
attend a 4th class within the same session at no charge. Enrollment
must take place prior to the first class
meeting. It is not necessary to join a program in order to
qualify for this discount.
